She oversees end-to-end brand and campaign development, from strategic planning to implementation. Aviva has held senior roles at leading agencies including Swift Advertising, TBWA Hunt Lascaris, and Gitam SA, and has participated in international training programmes through Ogilvy & Mather and BBDO

Gary is an award-winning creative director with deep expertise in design, art direction, and photography. He oversees the visual and creative direction at Pump and has led high-profile work for global and regional brands. He has held senior roles at Friedman Rossi, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Penta Advertising, and brings a crafted, idea-driven approach to every project

GARY MCBIRNIE

Born in Zimababwe, cultivated in South Africa and now working out of the UK, Andy has a wide view of the world. Rising to management and board level in three of SA’s largest global networks (Ogilvy, TBWA and FCB) his work has had success on the international awards stage and at the till. Andy founded Pump with co-creative director Mark Bolton and believes simple, clear creative thinking delivers the greatest power and value for brands.
